Refund Policy

At Pink Diamond BeautyCo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your package.

Please note: Returns and exchanges only apply to items that are unworn, unused, and still in their original condition and packaging. This includes all tags, accessories, and packaging being intact and undamaged. Merchandise received after 14 days from delivery will not be accepted.

We gladly accept returns subject to the following conditions:

  • Your original Order Number must be provided as proof of purchase.
  • Item(s) must be returned in original condition and packaging, unused and unworn.
  • Sale items (marked down products) and items purchased using discount codes or promotional offers are non-refundable. A store credit will be issued for approved returns of sale items.
  • We do not offer direct exchanges. Once your return has been received and approved, a store voucher equivalent to the amount paid for the item(s) will be issued.
  • Only orders placed without a discount code and without marked down items are eligible for a refund.

To request a return or exchange, please email admin.pinkdiamondbeautyco@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for your return request.

Please wait for approval before sending your package back, as we do not accept unauthorized returns.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package in its original condition.

WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Return shipping costs are only covered if you received an incorrect or faulty item.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs for international orders unless the item received was incorrect or faulty.
